As seen on many NSX, the cable boot at the oil pressure warning sensor was
spliced in the past.
Also, the sensor body was heavily corroded (as you can see by the
brown rust inside the boot) but the sensor itself was fine (20ohm when eng off)
so going to reuse it.

The sensor wire was very stiff around the cable holder section and
normally it would be caused by the power short circuit.
However, this is the low side of the system with almost no current flowing
so it can’t be the case.
No marking on the heat shrink tube and checked the continuity from the
sensor eyelet terminal to the cabin connector without any issues even
when applied stress around the stiff area so going to use this wire as it is.

More parts arriving.
Goodridge custom made brake line NSXCB specific parts no. ZZMT-NSX.

Thank you to Goodridge for their continued support for our club.
As mentioned in the above link, this is only available for UK delivery address.

Please note that the Goodridge boxed brake line sold by other vendors
on ebay, etc are not the correct spec.
Quite often, they were built by the seller/vendors using the materials from
Goodridge and boxed in the Goodridge branded cardboard box but
they don’t have two line locators/holders at the front set.
Also, for later spec larger caliper, the line length is not long enough
especially at the rear side.

IAT sensor.
The two fixing screws were at very low torque and based on the
very few debris, I think this one was cleaned in the past although
the O-ring was so squashed that it was probably not replaced at that time.

Cleaned and installed with new O-ring this time.

Back of the TH body....
As reported earlier, simply, just dirty idle air port and thick gunk at the butterfly.

Probably this is the same on your NSX???

You need to know different cleaning method depending on the spec of
your NSX because there are several different type of TH body on our NSX.

All 12 VVIS butterfly screws were still there with no gap at the screw head
so no need to worry about this specific failure mode at this stage.

Though, the manifold itself was really dirty with blowby gas.

And as expected, PCV valve was really black from the blowby.
