As reported earlier, the A/C condenser fans and compressor switched themselves On
despite the CCU being switched off.

It is still possible that the Cooling fan control unit is faulty but
decided to open the CCU as well.

Very good decision.

The acid managed to spread really close to the IC and if it was damaged,
it’s almost impossible to repair the board without replacing it.

Will create different CCU blog later.

The owner has good facility and fair amount of skill to work on the car
so just ordered some parts while placing the order for other owners.

EBC front and rear brake disc for the early model caliper size.

New spark plugs.

Checked all four Eng/Trans mounts and all of them were dirty but
still no splice so will re-use them.

So, the Eng/Gbox/sub frame assy is off the car.

I can’t wait to wash this engine....

Leaking from the valve cover gasket, black cam disc seal,
VTEC spool valve and possibly from the oil pressure sender unit
as well.
These will be removed, replaced during the process.

Heavy seepage at the TB back plate.
This will happen when the liquid gasket was not properly applied
at the corner edge of the valve cover gasket where it meets
the #1 cam holder.

Interesting to see oil around this area.
Not sure how it managed to get here though.
