Installed the passenger foot well and door speaker boxes.
Be gentle will all of the fixing tabs at the speaker box as well as at the door card.

Whenever you have a chance to access the 3pin connector behind
the Lock/Unlock switch on the door card, just apply some silicone grease.
This will prevent the future corrosion of female terminal resulting in
intermittent continuity at the connector.

Reset the ECU and after fully warmed up, checked the base idle rpm without
the adjustment by the ECU.

This NSX is DBW model so there is no EACV, dashpot, etc and you will
need to use SCS terminal to disable the feedback loop of the idle control.

Had to use my left hand to hide the odometer so not easy to take
good photo but it was within the spec.
Glad that I don't need to deal with that paint locked idle adjust screw.

As same for the speedo, rpm gauge tends to show higher reading
especially at the high rpm range so ideally, you should use different
equipment for reading the rpm. There are access points for this purpose
in the engine bay.

After the Eng Refresh, the engine sounded much rhythmical and smooth.
The dry tappetty noise was partially caused by the resonance at the
magnesium cover just below the ‘DOHC VTEC’ panel as well as by the previous
incorrect valve clearance adjustment.
Also, the sump-sump like noise at the middle section of the engine
has disappeared so probably it was from that dreadful heavily corroded WP.

Went out for the test driving session.
I knew there was some road works on my standard test driving course
for the 30min 60-70mph steady cruising mode so decided not to do
this specific mode today.

Activated the ABS several times before going on to the main street
in order to kick in the ABS pump so that I can adjust the fluid level later.

After checking the general conditions, altered the rpm around 4,800rpm to
check the VVIS, activated VTEC several times and brought the engine to
nearly 8,000rpm.
As I removed the intake manifold, paid extra attention to the idle rpm
as well as the way the rpm dropped on sudden release of TH pedal,
50mph cruising for a short period and everything went fine.

Cool down driving mode and back to my place.

So, just need to service the right side door Bose speaker AMP,
wash the car and done.

Needs to work on another A/C CCU board that anther owner just sent in.
Looked in really poor condition.......
