Finally, the water passage, sensor, O-ring, gasket, etc arrived from Japan
so now I can install them.








Obviously, new parts always look great.





I’m so glad the owner decided to replace it with the new parts.





New O-ring at each ends of the pipe and it was very tight fit even with
the help of rubber grease.
Applied thin coat of silicone grease around the pipe body.




Looks so much better now.




New coolant temperature sender unit.

This is the one that drives the water temperature gauge in the dash.

There are two additional sensors related to the coolant temperature.

One is on the thermostat cover that is connected to the
cooling fan control unit that will determine the mode of radiator fan.

The other one is located near the front bank VTEC spool valve
and it is connected to the ECU for EFI control.




Applied liquid gasket and installed.
