New figure of ‘ 8 ‘ O-ring at the oil cooler base.

Two new coolant hoses with new clips installed and used liquid gasket on
upper two bolts on installing the oil cooler.

TH body and butterfly cleaned with carburettor cleaner.
The internal wall, butterfly and idle air port are so much cleaner than before.

The paint lock at the idle adjust screw was never touched before so
I may need to adjust the idle rpm this time since it was so dirty.

As this is DBW model, will check the idle rpm using SCS terminal later.

New coolant hoses under the centre floor.

New coolant hoses at the front compartment.
Can't do much with the cracked blower motor fan housing without
disassembling it.

Looks like someone over torqued the GND cable and already some sort of
cooking foil used to enlarge the battery post diameter.

Still, there was already some damages to the cramp where the locking nut sits.
The cable was also kinked and it’s cheap parts so going to replace it with
a new one.

Where is the water passage from Japan???
Still waiting for the arrival of the parts.....

Time to work on the electronics side.

    HI Kaz,

I see some pink stuff near the end of the water hose, is it the rubber grease that we normally use for caliper re-building ?

    Kind regards

It is not exactly the same but it is the rubber grease.

You can use rubber or silicone grease as long as the additives are safe on the rubber, metal and plastic.
It’s getting cooler here in UK so warming up the coolant hoses will also help the installation.
