Time to install the camshafts.

New O-ring under #1 cam holder.

As always, while dealing with the liquid gasket,
no time taking the photo so just the end result.
All four camshafts back in place.

I don’t use white, grey, black, green, etc colour liquid gasket that are
widely used by others.
I only use the one from one of the Japanese chemical company and
the colour is completely different to distinguish my service from others.

Cam disc seal should look like this after degreased and
installed properly.

Old liquid gasket and any debris left on #1 and #4 cam holders should be
cleaned to this level before the installation.

Originally, I was planning to start the valve clearance adjustment
after installing the camshafts and waiting for the arrival of
water passage parts.

However, due to long lead time for one of the coolant pipe
running inside the V-bank area, I must first inspect the state of existing pipe
to confirm that I can re-use it.

So, instead of valve clearance adjustment, I must remove the intake manifold
quickly to decide the future service schedule.

Quite busy this weekend but NSX service seems like
endless challenge these days.....

Yesterday, I hit 1,000 blog entry....
I can write a book if I compile them.

More to follow later.

    Kaz's,
A book of your compiled blog entries .......? That would be a book worth having!
