The engine hatch opener lever.
Quite often, this is damaged due to extra force applied/required
when opening the hatch.
This one was rounded around the shaft holder and almost impossible
to open the hatch.
Replace it with the new one next time.

Flushing the ABS.

As reported last year, the accumulator of this ABS already lost
some of its nitrogen gas and at some point, it has to be replaced.

Managed to recover more than 200cc of high pressure fluid.

During the initial test driving session at the start of service,
the ABS pump kicked in just after one or two activation of ABS.
Normally, under the same test conditions, the ABS pump won’t
operate until the third activation of the ABS.

Considering the very low annual mileage, it is not cost effective to
upgrade to the latest spec at this stage so just keep exercising the
ABS until it really needs upgrading.

All four solenoids operated fine which is nice.

Will adjust the fluid level after the final test driving session.

For some reason, the two screws were missing from the gauge visor.
This resulted in metallic noise due to the spring nut behind was not secured.
For the time being, installed short length screw.

Time for the annual compression check.

I carried out the Engine Refresh service on this NSX
several years ago and since then, I’m taking the
compression data every year so very good way to
monitor the health of one’s engine.

Very clean and evenly burnt plugs.

TH butterfly including its edge and the TH body were clean.
Idle rpm was also stable so no need to wash them this time.

As always, very strong and evenly matched compression data.
Full data has been forwarded to the owner
