  1. Interior noise 03

    The cracked parts were glued but as they didn’t use the anti-vibration type, already most of the crack were back there.

    Looks like someone worked on the CCU in the past but put too much force when installing the unit back in palce.

    Bottom of the case at both sides were already cracked…

    I need to be careful if I’m going to remove the door card because the door handle is already showing sign of crack….

    Poor A pillar trim at the left side…

    The bottom corner was not installed properly and forced behind the dashboard resulting in surface material squashed.

    One of the highest priority items to be fixed for this owner is the interior noise.


    There are several different security devices installed and the windshield was replaced in the past (probably by the previous owner).


    Unfortunately, all of these works were not carried out with care so there are lots of gaps around the interior panel, clips were broken, etc resulting in big noise while driving the car.

    It was nice meeting some of you today for the Siverstone Classic.



    Great thank you goes to Chris for organising this event and great support from Honda and Mugen.



    Nearby S2000 site also had Honda support so really appreciate their involvement.

  5. Fuel Lid Alignment

    I noticed that the fuel lid stayed closed even when the opener lever was lifted.


    Already there were some signs of someone tried to adjust the alignment in the past.


    So, removed the lid and found that the actual hinge was bent in the past causing very heavy movement.


    Greased it and moved the position of the spring and at the moment, it works fine but when the temperature ...
