    Replaced the all important yet quite often missing, the seal rubber at
    the timing belt adjuster bolt.

    It sits on the TB lower cover around the bolt but quite often,
    it is not installed properly or missing allowing the dirt/moisture getting inside the cover.

  2. A/C Evapo Leakage

    Under my NSX, I started to notice green-ish stain on the garage floor where
    the water from the A/C drain tube drips down.


    It’s the leak detector green dye in my A/C system so
    I’m afraid, after 18years with nearly 140K miles,
    my evaporator has started leaking.

    The owner wanted me to take a look at the noise from the roof section.

    During the test driving session at the beginning of the service, to me,
    it was more of wind noise than the squeaking one but still
    there was some rattling noise above the driver seat.

    This NSX is equipped with2nd generation type so its design is far better than
    the 1st gen type against the leaky solenoid issue.

    However, for any classic ABS model, the accumulator is another weak point and
    on this NSX, it seems that the nitrogen gas in the accumulator is
    slowly leaking as I extracted
