By the way, inside the passenger footwell bass speaker box, there was sign of little friend entered the speaker box.
Not the first time I saw this on NSX and probably happened when the car was shipped from Japan…..












Addition to the door card fixing tabs, almost all of the speaker box tabs were cracked…..











All caps replaced, hot melting glue applied, thermal compound applied, bench tested and ready to go back in the cabin.








As my standard procedure, always apply silicone grease at the non-WPC behind the door card.
Otherwise, 100% guaranteed to have intermittent connection as the female terminal will break off eventually.







By the way, the L side door courtesy light didn’t work.
Found out someone bent the terminal as in the photo.
Straightened it and now it works fine.
