Today at Atelier Kaz - ex-Honda R&D, F1, Indy/CART engineer

As it was taking extra week so decided to phone them up last Friday and found out that the car mat set was just about finishing.
They were very busy dealing with one of the car manufacture's order and one of their machine broke down so extra time was required.





Last time, I ordered the dark/wine red version to suit the 02+ NSX-R cabin carpet.

For this owner, after comparing the colour samples, I decided to go for the dark grey.

And the end result. Collected it yesterday.


Looking very nice.
Once again, used my OEM mat as the template so perfect match.


The digital image changes the colour depending on many conditions and unless your screen display has been calibrated to suit your eyes,
the colour you see on the display may not be the same when looking at the original mat with your naked eye.

In fact, I had to reduce the exposure rate quite a lot because without it, it looked more like light grey than the dark one.














Of course, the OEM hook will be at the correct position as it's been designed using my OEM car mat as the template.











Placed the mat in my NSX to compare it against the OEM mat.
In this photo, the passenger side is the OEM one.
On my NSX, I have LED bulb at the driver foot area light so I should have disabled it before taking the photo.....








The owner should be happy because this is what he has at the moment......




For your reference, if you want the same dark grey one, you can place the order to Autostyle
specifying the mat colour as the Dark Grey (it is called as ‘Anthracite’ on their website) with
the Grey surrounding binding colour.

It's GBP60 + delivery and for the clarification, I won't get anything from the sale.




My body is not coping well with all these temperature changes.
Started feeling strange from this morning and now I'm feeling cold when it should be mild….
