Took so many photos of A/C CCU board service but will post just some of them.

The owner will receive CCU service report separately.

This is the first board that I saw so many caps allowing the acid to penetrate through the board and reaching to the soldering side.
Normally, you would see just a few and not so many of them.

At the end, used 11 hard wires, 4 jumper wires and lots of soldering bridges at both side of the board to repair it.

Now the owner can control the air temperature.
When it arrived at my place, none of the motor controls were working so water valve didn’t move and it was stuck at cold position so no heater.

The dust at the CCU cabin temperature sensor was so severe and left for years that it already started rusting up the spindle shaft.
Gently cleaned it and reassembled.
