Same process for the Rear side but involves the parking brake adjuster mechanism so extra procedure/treatment required.





















Very smooth operation.
























All four calipers back on the car.



Message to the owner;
As reported earlier, some of the brake pads were seized inside the caliper bracket especially the inner pad at the FR corner.
With the mounting method used on our caliper, the inner pad will wear faster than the outer side any way so no big drama but please pay extra attention to that specific pad when checking the pad wear as it already lost much more pad material than the FL side and will run out at ealier stage.




Only 3hrs sleeping every day for contacting Japan over the last few weeks but now that manged to get my boss back in Japan, I can focus on the NSX servicing.

Aiming to finish everything this week as I really need to start removing the calipers from the other NSX and send them off to Bigg Red for coating.
