    Had bit of a trouble embedding the image file from other site so only managed to update the Blog now.



    Everything was going smoothly until today.

    Initially, I was bit worried about the state of the previous services when I found out that some of the valve cover gaskets/seals were not installed properly and being damaged. Also, some of the bolts at the TB covers were not torqued at all and just left with finger tight only.

    After thoroughly cleaned and re-conditioned the mating surface, installed the new Thermostat.





    Not easy to show the amount of hoses replaced but all of them including the ATF cooler ones were done. ...

    While replacing the coolant hoses, there are not much to report. You just keep removing the old hoses and install the new ones.

    Honda Parts Japan used to revise the parts price twice (spring and autumn) a year but for this year, it happened in January and July.

    In order to avoid the sudden price hike, some of the owners waiting for my service next year already placed the parts order several months ago.
