Before visiting the alignment platform, checked the rideheight, tyre pressure and etc.

By now, all of the suspension bolts and adjusters were greased and checked.

As reported earlier, both R & L Caster adjusters were seized but it is more important to match the wheel base length between R & L.

Based on the tyre choice, state of suspension, owners driving style, current chassis conditions and etc, modified the target figure from the OEM spec.

Ideally, wanted to have half tank of fuel but the car was delivered with low fuel so carried extra weight behind the seat before visiting them.

On the way to the alignment place, it was bit scary on the dual carriage way even at 60mph due to the strong side wind with soft tyre shoulder and alignment service not done for a long time.

So, placed the car on the alignment platform, shook the car to settle the bush and checked several figures including SAI before start adjusting anything.

As always, because of the software bug or the way we carry out the procedure in two stages, part of the figures on the final print out don’t match with the final figure on the screen so took the photo and modified the printed out figure on the paper.

I do hope they will improve the software.

Photo has been modified and the final figures will be forwarded only to the owner.

Although the seized casters were not the same between R & L, they came out close enough to the target and you won’t be able to tell the difference between right and left turn.

Once again, after the alignment service, this NSX felt like a completely different car.

Hope the owner can enjoy and feel this NSX in the way it should be.
