    All the extra parts from Japan arrived so from today, I can speed up the process.





    Removed the CL master cyl and even I knew it was already leaking,
    quite surprised to see the amount of fluid held inside the rubber cap
    at such low mileage.

    Time to test both CCU boards using my NSX.




    The one from early model NSX that had severe leakage was attached with
    some sort of heat shield material at the bottom of the CCU case.

    Time to work on the CCU board that was sent through the post recently.
    It was from the early model NSX.


    The owner could no longer see anything on the CCU display so he took the CCU
    out from the car.


    I sent an email with the information on which capacitors to be checked
    as there were several capacitors

    Although the owner didn’t feel any issues with his A/C system,
    he wanted to take preventative measure and requested the A/C CCU board service.

    Very good idea and every owners should be doing it.
