    What a time consuming task removing the rust but finally getting there…..



    In the end, I had to spend more time than just a quick wire brush cleaning as there was no way I can let the owner to drive his NSX under the exiting brake conditions.

    Yes, I’m still cleaning the callipers and brackets…..



    The amount of rust was just unbelievable….




    I haven’t even started cleaning the piston cyl where the rust managed to get through under the dust boot.

    Carried out the test scenarios using the self diagnosis feature as well as
    the function & operation check mode plus my own test process by installing
    the board on my NSX.

    Testing in Mode 03 at the moment.....

    As I want to test the two boards (A & B) on the same day, decided to finish this board within today so that I don't need to remove my centre console again.

    As always, replacing capacitors is less than 10% of the actual service.
    Most of the time is being spent for testing and checking the circuit.



    Hard wire used to create the missing tracks and pads to strengthen the connection and GND plains.
