Spent extra time cleaning the TB cover plate.

Removing the melted potting from the CRK/CYL sensor took time.

Can't see from outside once assembled but that's where you want keeping them clean.

New CRK/CYL sensor installed.

Very rare to fail but already several failure reported by increased vibration and possibly moisture due to melted potting so no point in re-using once melted away to certain point.

Before/After

Removed all of the old thread locking materials and ready for the WP installation.

Carefully torqued all bolts in three rounds with certain order and new WP in place.

Cam pulley carefully torqued to the spec.

You don't want it flying around later….

New oil seal at the crank shaft.

TB installed and removed free play before properly adjusting the belt tension.
