  1. A/C Evapo Cleaning

Can’t move the car without brake and since re-booked the
alignment service for next week, decided to change the
    order of remaining services.

The A/C evaporator was fairly clean with just surface dust but
when applied compressed air to the bottom of the case,
all sorts of things came out.

Same process for the rear as well.

And once again, we just caught the issue in time.
Based on what I saw in the past and this time, once again,
I would like to recommend the owners to have their brake system
overhauled regardless of the total mileage or storage conditions.

It’s your NSX so final decision is up to you but
it’s the brake system and this happened even on the
very low mileage final production model for

Started to work on the brake system.

Although I placed the order to Goodridge well in advance and
should have received the custom made kit by last week,
    it’s still not here.

Apparently, they ran out of a certain parts and had to
    wait for it.
Hope I can get it by Wednesday as I want to get the
    alignment done on Thursday.

Vacuum leak check of the cooling system.

Left it under vacuum for 45min and the needle didn’t move at all
    so happy with the result.

Filled the system with Honda Type-2 coolant that is blue.
The manual says this Type 2 coolant is good for 5 years but
based on what I saw (small rust) on several WP,

I receive lots of questions about the TB service but
people are focusing too much on the TB.

In my view, it’s the other areas that need attention at the
    time of TB service.

If the car was used under normal conditions with
regular maintenance, I never saw TB failure on NSX in Japan or UK.
TB on our NSX is probably the most protected one among the
    Honda car families.

I heard one failure in US but I don’t
