    Already carried out short distance test driving session in order to get idea on when the owner can collect his NSX.


    Back on the lift, happy with the result so time for the 30min cruising mode session. On the way back, activated VTEC and entered the high rpm range once.

    Back to cruising mode and cool down session.

    Double checked that there is no air at the heater core and radiator bleeder plugs.

    Torqued the crank pulley bolt to the spec and installed the ACG with the new belt.

    About to return this NSX to the owner so this is the final catch up updating the blog, for now.....




    I have now covered 65miles of test driving session including several VTEC moments
    and just one check of over 7,000rpm slope test.
    No issues and no warning lights, cool down mode and back on the lift.

    The owner wanted me to take a look at the cabin noise.
    One of the cause was the rattling boxes and wires behind the
    centre console around the heater unit.

    Normally, I’m quite happy to disconnect any connectors and
    re-rote the cables but as these could be for the security devices,
    it is too risky for me to just start disconnecting any of the connectors
    without knowing the system architecture or wiring diagram.
