    Making good progress with the finger sensitivity training and I think I’m almost there.

    Carrying out several electronics component services also helped a lot.

    However, I’m not going to change the plan and will carry on with what I planned as quite often, when things get too good to be true, one can lose concentration and make mistakes.

    Not much to report while placing everything back in place and preparing for the fireup.

    Always annoying dealing with the issues caused by the previous mistakes long time ago.

    Also, more and more the parts quality is getting worse even straight out of the bag.

  5. Radio Head Unit - Repair III

    CD port not working
    Observed on: 1 EUDM Radio
    Fixed by: PCB repair, replacement of OP amp

    State: Fully understood

    Acid damage to the traces around the CD port OP amplifier can cause the connection to the CD changer to fail.
