Bench testing all 4ch signal level.








Going to keep running it for 2 days before installing it back on the car.



I forgot asking the owner on what he wants to do the existing one in the car.
Better refurbishing it now as it’s still working and leaving later will 100% cause acid issue and will cost even more for repair than doing now.
I don’t have any OP AMP in stock though so I hope I don’t need replacing it.











While dealing with the soldering, decided to re-solder the old Main Relay.

Already many soldering crack observed.











Re-soldered and waiting for the conformal coating to dry.









Will be placed back in to this case.











And it's done.
Please keep this on the car so that it can be used as an emergency spare for yourself as well as for another owner may be stranded at the event or on the road.
