Have to wait for the liquid gasket to cure at the low pressure sensor so decided to take some photos showing the heavy corrosion of the old oil cooler.












At the end, left it over night before installation.

Removing the old thread lock.



















And finally, installed.
As reported earlier, the protection boot at the low pressure warning sensor was missing.
So, covered the terminal with silicone grease.












New crank pulley installed as well.

As reported earlier, although the A/C idler pulley looked to be replaced in the past, the bearing was rattling.
Also, the adjuster stay was bent due to being over tightened.
Initially, though about re-using the special nut but didn't like the feeling of the thread so decided to replace all of them.
