  1. Main Relay, Parking brake lever button

    While waiting for the cooling system to cool down after the compression check, decided to work on the cabin side for a while.

    The old and new spark plugs. Obviously, no corrosion at the insulator on the new one.


    Although the replacement schedule for this spark plug is 60K miles, most of the time, you will need to replace them earlier due to the corrosion like this.

  3. Battery, Spark Plug

    Today, most of the time was used up for dealing with the installation of the optical fibre link to my house and sending out several coolant hoses for another owner who had problem recently.


    So, not much to report on this NSX.

  4. Optical Fibre Link

    Most of the city area in Japan will have the optical fibre link ready to be connected inside the house.


    And because of the competition between the providers, the discount rate is quite big and you could get 100Mb broadband at only around GBP15.


    In UK, BT started the Infinity service that has the download speed of up to 40Mb and 10Mb for the upload.

  5. Seized bolt and nut – info from our member ‘Graham’

    From time to time, I experienced big issue with the seized bolts and nuts on our NSX.


    It is a classic car and considering the amount of salt in the air during the winter period, I’m not surprised with this.



    Following information was supplied from our member ‘Graham’ on this site.


    He already successfully tested this method and managed to remove the heavily corroded bolt that I could only rotate but ...
