    Had to shut down myself for a while as I was not well and
    slept continuously almost 12hours.....
    I should have known better by now......
    Counterproductive when keep working continuously for many weeks......

    So, after everything connected and new header tank and cap installed,
    started the vacuum leak check on the cooling system.

    Just lots and lots of wrenching……





    New exh gasket installed at both CATs.

    Finally, the heavily corroded stud bolts at the front CAT came off.

    Thank you to member PeterW for sharing his past experience.

    Based on his advice, I wanted to use the hammering feature of
    the power drill to push out the remaining stud bolt stuck inside the
    flange, but due to the fact that the flange was also heavily

    Super busy as usual and addition to other projects,
    my boss is now in Japan until early November so
    I need to look after the house as well which makes it even
    harder to find my spare time….






    Not much to report while replacing all of the coolant hoses……
