    Each joint housing has been cleaned to this level for thorough inspection.


    Shaft being painted and placed white mark for the RH MT drive shaft.

    Make sure to place each roller back to its original position with original orientation in the joint.

    As seen on many UK based NSX, the drive shaft grease was already broken down and turned into ‘melted coffee ice cream’ resulting in lack of lubrication under heavy load.


    On this NSX, the ride height, suspension setup and the tyre/wheel combo are still within the OEM spec so it didn’t put excessive load on the drive shaft but when you change anything on the chassis setup, you must consider the overhaul interval ...

  4. Bose Speaker AMP Service 02

    All three AMPs showed lots of leakage from the capacitors.

    One of the door AMP didn’t even make any noise/sound when it was powered up.

    As the owner contacted me many months ago and he wanted to have them returned urgently, we agreed that instead of trying to investigate and refurbish this AMP, best to replace it with my spare unit refurbished a few years ago.

    From time to time, I get requests from outside UK for A/C CCU and Bose AMP services.



    Also, I was asked from many potential owners as well as existing ones to carry out ‘pre-purchase inspection’ or even ‘servicing’ their NSX in their countries.


    So far, I have politely declined all of the pre-purchase inspection requests as I made my own policy before exposing some of my background on the web and also I would like
