A/C CCU Board Service 05

Rate this Entry

After waiting for the coating to dry up, connected the CCU board to the display module and tested it on the actual NSX.
Carried out the Self Diagnosis test as well as the Function & Operation check.

I’m glad to report that the Fan speed and MODE motor control are now fully recovered.

The owner also posted me the Cabin Temperature Sensor.
Although he told me that he cleaned it before posting it, not quite…..
Very dirty and almost very likely to be the same on your NSX. This is the air you are breathing while you are driving unless you have some sort of DIY filter at the blower motor fan.

Disassembled, cleaned and spindle holder adjusted while powering it up on the bench.
Measured the thermistor resistance at room temperature and cold garage area and both were fine so happy to return it to the owner.

Now just need to find the time to visit the Post Office though, the on-line postage service seemed to be down at the moment so needs to go through the long queue….

Thank you for using my service.

Hope you can install them very soon.
Please enjoy and use the A/C even in the winter.
