    Initially, we were also planning to address the slow window operation at the left side door but due to several parts on back order for nearly 12 months, it's now looking like to be done in the future service.

    As we are already preparing for the ABS upgrade before the parts price goes up again from 01/Jul, probably do it at the same time.
    I even ordered the last parts stock in Japan and US for the window service so these will be on long back order again.

    Started to work on another NSX from last week.
    The service menu is to replace the completely cracked defrost panel, installation of Bilstein damper with existing OEM spring, installation of USA Spec PA11-HON iPod adaptor, CL Hyd sys, etc.


    As always, before touching anything, carried out the test driving session.

    It was very warm day and in order to get the base line ride height in preparation for Bilstein damper installation, set the tyre pressure at 40/33 ...
  4. Audio Head Unit 04

    Awhile ago, started working on another Audio Head Unit but as there was no major electronics issues and also the owner wanted to replace the
    On/Off push button switch, kept it as mid priority item until I get the news from Japan about the availability and the delivery schedule.


    There are three boxes landing today or tomorrow and seems like the new button is included in this delivery so
    decided to finish the service over the weekend.

  5. Final Touch

    Quite often, being neglected but I don't like the loose cable sitting behind the rad fan.
    OEM clips installed and looks much better and safer when you open the bonnet.
