Addition to all brake piston issues, the master cyl was leaking slowly and as seen on other NSX with similar issue,
the seepage hole at the base of the master cyl was blocked by the excessive rust at the booster cover…..

It's going to take some time before I can clean all these rust......

Too cold to apply any painting so have to leave it as it is but first, I must create good smooth finish where the rubber seal sits at the base of the master cyl to create good vacuum.

Had to file off the heavy rust from the back plate of the pad.

Don't do too far otherwise you will get rattling noise under vibration even with the retainer spring.

Some of the new parts for my overhaul service.

Addition to these, extra chemical and parts are going to be used to prevent future rust getting inside the caliper bore.

Going to have fun removing all these rust and they are everywhere including the seal groove on all four calipers especially at the front......

Hope I can finish most of the task this week.
