    Finally, managed to work on this worst condition board that I have ever seen.
    As in my previous blog A/C CCU Board service A-01 and A-02,
    the previous service caused more damage than repairing the board.



    Just shocking.......



    I already knew that it will cost a lot if I repair this board so I checked

    The wheel speed trigger teeth at the drive shaft were very rusty at both RR and RL side.
    Not enough to trigger ABS warning light but keep eye on this.

    First time working on this NSX so started with the Health Check.

    Before going out for the test driving session, the owner mentioned that he saw
    CEL in the past and wanted me to take a look at it.
    It was CEL #2 so Rear bank O2 sensor.
    Looked like it was replaced in the past but decided to reset the ECU, re-learnt the
    study coefficient before the test driving session.

    So far, no CEL but will keep eye on this as it is not my
    ...

    Temporarily installed my re-soldered one for a test and confirmed the FCU failure.
    The faint noise you can hear in the background after replacing the FCU is the
    aspirator fan at the cabin temperature sensor.


    As seen on many NSX, it was full of dust making this noise.

    Started to work on another NSX.
    The service menu is Health Check, brake OH, cooling system OH, alignment, etc.


    On arrival, I noticed that the front tyres were very old.
    Probably from 1997 ??? 16 years old....
    Already tiny cracks were emerging at the tread and later, it was not fun test driving it especially
