    The replacement coolant hose under the centre floor.
    Comparison between the original one that was about to burst at the top and the new one below.


    It could have burst and loose all of the coolant on the way to my place or even during the test driving session after the service.


    Very scary……

    Front bank valve clearance adjusted and then one more time, checked the clearance on all six cylinders.
    About to place the valve covers back on the engine with liquid gasket.

    One more time, triple checked the valve timing before going any further.





    It looked like the oil cooler mating surface was not prepared properly in the past and allowed moisture to get inside causing lots and lots of oxidation.
