Applying 303 protectant to the Type-R coolant tank cover.
You don't want to know how much this cover costs…..

As in the very early photo, the ACG belt cover was already scratched and when you clean it, the marking stands out even more.

I didn't like the rusty two bolts so replaced them with another used set.

Instead of polishing it out, probably cheaper to just replace the cover.

The missing square plastic cover is now installed and the TH cable holder in the proper orientation.

The missing TH cable holder is also now installed.

The grey connector at the centre of this photo is of the Front O2 sensor.

The loom is now re-routed to here.

INJ still disabled in preparation for priming the oil system.

The header tank now installed.

The fuel pump resistor.

Please be careful not to bend the wires coming out of the resistor block.

You won't be able to keep the engine running at idle speed.

Now that all four mounts and sub frame were torqued to the spec,
I'm happy to report that there is enough clearance between the rear header and the sub frame.

I didn't measure it accurately, but there is about 5mm clearance enough to pass through three thick tyrap in the gap.

When this NSX arrived here, there was zero clearance and the header was simply hitting the sub frame.

Obviously, this quick check was done with the cold engine so once warmed up, the massive expansion rate of sus304 plays big part but at least,
I have done what I can do without replacing/modifying the aftermarket header or trimming the sub frame.
