    Despite the very wet cyl block from the oil seepage, the oil pan was very dry with no leakage from the gasket.
    From the colour of the drain bolt and trace of black liquid gasket, I’m quite sure this was replaced in the past.

    Very good decision.

    Started to work on another NSX to carry out my Engine Refresh Stage 1 service.




    Based on my parts list posted here and after exchanging several emails, the owner hand carried the parts back from US.

  3. Japfest 2012

    First of all, big thank you to Chris for organising this event.



    Every year, I’m taking different route to try avoiding the traffic but it seemed that this year, there were more cars than before and spent long hours in the queue.

  5. Final Touch

    Suspension bush related bolts and nuts were torqued under 1G.
    Low speed test driving on the lift to confirm that no leakage of MTF or no noise from the rear end.

    As parking brake cable was seized at both callipers, it had to be adjusted from scratch.
    Will finalise the adjustment after the test driving session.
