Cam timing was OK-ish as the TB was so loose.

Going to take some time cleaning all these excessive liquid gasket….

Before backing off the valve clearance adjuster, checked the current setting.
Not perfect but not too bad.
#4 cyl showed bit lower compression than others and while all of them were within the spec, it was at the limit of minimum clearance.

Backed off the adjuster and time to remove the TB.

Despite being the original WP from the factory, the impeller was very clean with no rust marking so coolant service was carried out at good timing.

However, the shaft was already rattling and making squeaking noise so again, best replacing at every TB service.
Also, as reported earlier, there was enough evidence showing that the seeped coolant was landing on the TB and not to outside world...

The Eng block side was also free from any corrosion so very good.
