Old radiator out and needs good cleaning of the area.

Gave good cleaning on the rad fan shroud. It’s missing the wire holder but I think I have enough in stock.




Considering the unstable idle rpm and stalling the engine, decided to clean the basic intake section as well.
The IAT sensor.
Full of thick debris. Not easy to take good photo especially when the target is covered in black everywhere.

Cleaned it and installed it with the new o-ring.




While removing the TH body, checked the VVIS butterfly screws with the fibre scope.
Can’t check the actual torque without removing the intake manifold but there were no gap at the base of screw head
and also the butterfly didn’t rattle/move while operating the VVIS so at this stage, all of them are fine.
