    Have been really busy with one of the A/C CCU board as I wanted to finish and return it to the owner ASAP.
    I even had to delay the service of another board in order to meet the quick turnaround requested by the owner.

    The owner told me that it started to show the typical failure mode of fan only operates when it was set at max speed and just left it like that for quite some time.

    Another complete CCU was hand carried to my place for the refurbishment.
    The owner didn’t feel any issues so just a preventative measure.

    While the owner was at my place, opened up the CCU and showed the extent of the damages on the board.
    Quite often, the owners were surprised seeing the status of their boards especially, if they were not experiencing any issues at all.
