    I was planning to start working on another NSX from Monday but unfortunately, the owner couldn't make it and will be visiting me next Sunday.

    So, contacted several owners in the queue with fairly short service menu but unfortunately, it was too short notice and people were on holiday or working throughout the week.

    I also have to finish two MOT, overdue documents, lots of electronics services, etc.

  2. Brake OH 01

    I thought it's going to be an easy life this week since I won't be working on another NSX until next week.
    Then, something came to my mind and suddenly I found myself placing the order for the front brake disc/pad and started disassembling the calipers....
    My boss was not impressed at all as it's her birthday very soon and we were supposed to be doing some shopping.....


    Moving on.....

  3. FR wheel speed sensor

    Had very busy weekend as one owner collected his NSX from my place in the morning and the other owner brought his in the afternoon and then the interview process for the Health Check.
    Found some spare time so finally managed to replace the suspected faulty wheel speed sensor.


    Several months ago, I started to hear the faint clicking sound from around the pedal floor area while driving at low speed without using the brake.

  5. Seized Drive Shaft Spindle/Spline

    This is just an information purpose post on how to press out the seized drive shaft spindle/spline.
    I normally use hydraulic hub puller but if it doesn't work, followings are the recommended method.

    I tried to find the photo from my archive but couldn't find good ones so followings were gathered from Japanese website a while ago.
