After spending hours trying to re-create the battery drain issue, I still couldn’t make it to happen.

Even before and after servicing the right side door key cyl, the current consumption stayed at 0.04 – 0.06A and this was the same locking the car from right and left side door key cyl.

It didn’t make any difference locking the car using unlock/lock switch on both doors or using the lock knob at the top of each door cards. ...

The owner reported that for some reason, he was suffering from battery drain if the door was locked.

This NSX is the later model so it has the OEM immobiliser which shows green ‘key logo’ on the dash.

The key and engine ECU are coded every time when the engine was started and stopped so only the matched pair can start the engine. ...

Even before taking this NSX to the alignment platform, I knew the alignment service was not done for quite a while as all of the adjuster bolts and nuts were pretty much seized and there was a big pull towards the left.

So, before starting the alignment, just a quick check on the rideheight.

It should be measured at the camber adjuster bolt to the reference plain but good enough to measure the distance from the alignment

Front Left Caster adjuster had lots of build up of white oxidation so removed the adjuster completely and cleaned the internal hole around the compliance pivot.

Fortunately, this managed to release the slightly seized caster adjuster and now I can adjust this side.
