    As mentioned in my last post, considering the weather forecast, decided to go out for the test driving session
    even before completing the ABS and EPS controller services.

    European spec high pressure washer motor, grommet, seal sponge. The old motor was still active but lost pressure so already partially dead.

  4. Koyo Rad, Cooling Sys, Washer motor 01

    Started to work on another NSX this week.
    The service menu is to replace the leaky radiator with all aluminium Koyo Rad, replace coolant hoses, etc.
    While the radiator is out of the way, I'll be looking at the dead washer motor as well.
    Also, will provide the owner with the parts required for overhauling the early spec brake caliper.

    About to return this NSX to the owner so this is the final catch up updating the blog, for now.....




    I have now covered 65miles of test driving session including several VTEC moments
    and just one check of over 7,000rpm slope test.
    No issues and no warning lights, cool down mode and back on the lift.
