    Same procedure for the rollers at the outboard joint.
    Still some markings were observed but far better than the inboard ones.

  2. Drive Shaft 02

    As I didn’t want to paint the inboard joint housing only to find that the rollers
    were not reusable, decided to disassemble and inspect them first before
    moving on any further.

    The rollers, spider and joint housing must be kept as a set including the direction
    and the position of each components.

    From today onwards, I have very busy schedule until the end of the weekend so
    limited time available for today.

  3. Drive Shaft 01

    Time to overhaul another drive shaft.




    As seen on many NSX, there was typical marking on the damper body indicating
    the fact that this drive shaft was removed in the past.

    Probably someone followed the Workshop manual for the procedure.
    I don't follow it.

  4. Cabin Air Temperature sensor

    There are several sensors connected to the A/C CCU board and their inputs are
    used to determine the fan speed, A/C On/Off, VENT mode, etc based on the
    targeted temperature setup.

    One of the sensor is for the cabin air temperature and it is located behind the
    small slits on the centre console

    As I didn’t want to start removing the parts
    such as the coolant hoses, CL master/slave/hose, etc without
    having the confirmation from Japan on the parts availability, decided to
    work on the electronics parts over the past few days.
