    Probably, one of the most neglected and missing parts from UK based NSX.

    Forgot to take the photo of rear bank cam shaft installation so this is in fact after the TB was already installed….

    New TB tension adjuster, adjuster bolt and spring.


    Before installing the TB, cleaned the back panel and surrounding area as much as possible.

    After thoroughly cleaning the cam shaft and the journal, started to apply the fresh oil to establish initial lubrication.

    Once the cam shaft and the TB are installed, I normally rotate the engine by hand for several minutes so fresh and clean oil is important at this stage.

    Finally, the engine cleaning process is almost done.


    Not much photos for the day as my hands were covered in chemical, old engine oil and so on that I didn’t want to touch my camera.

    So, something looked like this is now cleaned to this level and valve cover gaskets as well as the spark plug seals are replaced with the new ones.

    Installed the new gasket on the new TB Lower cover.
    And one of the most important gaskets replaced on the IGN coil covers.
