    Heavy corrosion on all of the engine coolant pipes.

    This is probably the worst one I have ever seen in UK.

    Although the compression imbalance between each cyl and
    lower compression at the rear bank looked to be caused by the
    poor valve clearance adjustment and loose TB tension,
    carried out leakdown check as pre-caution.

    All six cyl showed only 2 - 3% leakage which is normal so
    happy with the result.

    However, the TB tension was way too low.
    If I wanted, I could have twisted the existing TB 180deg.
    Didn't want to put too much tension so stopped at 90deg in this photo.

    Finally, my old digital camera gave up after going through lots of
    shock/vibration so I had to switch to my super old mobile phone
    from now on for taking the photo.
    As I’m not good at in adjusting the white balance,
    it will look blue-ish until I try several different setting.

    Usual seepage from the cam shaft disc seal.



    I don’t like these black liquid gasket used in UK especially
    when they were not applied properly or
    excess amount not cleaned afterwards.
