    Has been cleaning the engine for a while….

    Finally, finished the cleaning process so now I can start installing all of the replacement parts.

    As mentioned to many owners, my engine refresh service is designed for the owners who would like to keep their NSX for long term and seeking for the extra touch.
    It’s like investing into an art.
    For some owners, it is priceless and worth every penny.
    For others, it’s waste of time and money.

    Time to install the WP.





    First, cleaned the residue of old red sealant.

    Time to re-thread the damaged bolt hole for the A/C idle pulley bracket.



    With the bracket on the new TB Lower cover, the bolt protrude from the metal collar for about 14mm.
    Using the exact size parallel punch, confirmed that the depth of the bolt hole is at least 24mm.
