It was nice meeting some of you last Sunday.

Apart from my poor DIY haircut since 2019 Christmas, really enjoyed the day.

When the hair gets wet, it just points towards everywhere.....

Although I already had my 2nd vaccine dose a few months ago, my boss (that's my wife) only just had it this week so
carefully kept the social distancing on Sunday even for an outdoor event.

Was quite big challenge for me as well.

Quite tired after making decision to open the engine when it was a simple spark plug inspection for the owner.

Glad I made the decision but being forced to test my new procedures working around the engine and engine loom with this virus in mind.

Also, was dealing with one head unit with burnt and shorted circuit to the case GND.

Will cover these stories later.

On top of these, for the first time in 20 months, drove on the motorway/freeway.

Also, never driven such long distance (about 125miles one way) over the same period.

Didn't want taking any risks so took break on the way.

As expected, the organiser changed the way distributing the wristband under this pandemic situation.

Instead of the marshal placing it for you at the entrance gate while still inside the car,
we were asked to collect it from the main arena section, next to the information centre.

Preferred the old style cloth based design as it can be converted to key ring, etc.

For this year, they attached refreshment coupons to the wristband and hence, the changes in design and material.

As same as the previous year and stated in the event information email, the organiser asked us to park by marque unless
one belongs to mixed marque club such as Four Marks Supercar Owners, etc.

Anyone can attend and doesn't require to be a car club member so at the time of application, just state your make/model and
leave blank or No to the club name.
Our NSX is already recognised by the organiser as one supercar group.

We were positioned at the blue arrow area near the demo run straight.

There are so many places to visit inside the venue - museum, garden, manor house, church/abbey, etc and even the monorail.

The most clean and almost always empty washroom is located at the abbey marked in green arrow.

Important for this kind of situation we are in at the moment.

On the way, it was just so wet.....

Even with the rain repellent coating and at motorway speed, still had to keep the wiper operating continuously.

By the way, once again, very happy with wet performance of Neova AD08 series tyre.

For some reason, it is marketed as trackday tyre in UK but in Japan, it's not.

I now have AD08RS on all four corners and compared to AD08R, the compound or the block itself feels much stiffer especially at lower temperature range.

Probably one of the reason why this RS version gets lower score/review compared to the predecessors (the original AD08 without the suffix and the AD08R)
as the driver requires extra effort to generate heat into it.

Still not found the sweet-spot with the tyre pressure for street driving for myself.

Nice colour....

Met another owner on the way....

Made sure not to make the same mistake of making the turn too early by following the blue event direction sign.

This year, ignored the blue sign and kept driving straight until getting to this roundabout leading to the B3054.
