  1. Test driving session, ABS, interior noise

    As the road surface was damp but no water paddle, it was good for the ABS test with stuck closed solenoids.


    Set the A/C at 32degC to make sure to push out any bubbles left inside the heater core after the TB/WP service and went out for the test driving session.


    Before going out on the main road, activated the ABS many times while the tyre was still cold.

    I normally just create DIY air filter using the cooker hood filter.


    It won’t prevent the pollen, fume or dust from entering the cabin but good enough to stop the leaves and large items passed through the meshed air scoop.



    Before starting this process, it is always a good idea to keep some spare clips ...

    When I first looked at the evaporator on this NSX, it looked not too bad for the age and the mileage of the car.


    Any way, nothing new or special so wore the protective gear and gave the shot of air gun as usual.


    Bad idea….


    There were 100’s of small pieces of leaves left at the bottom of the evaporator container. ...

    Took out the Front camber adjuster bolts to apply silicone grease before visiting the alignment platform.

    Unfortunately, both R & L Caster adjuster were seized so we’ll see how it goes during the alignment session.

    Painted the ‘NSX’ logo on the brake calliper in Very High Temperature (VHT) spec silver paint.
