Managed to polish out the lines and rust to this level. Before and after. They can be re-used this time and fortunately, the rust didn't get inside the caliper bore. Will apply special treatment to both sides in order to prevent rust going any further. ...
Couldn't work on this NSX at all on Saturday as it took all day working on the garden (this year, everything grow so fast....) and also once again, I spent too much time cleaning the inside of the caliper. I just don't like rust sitting at the groove of the dust seal.... So, I had to contact the owner to change the return schedule. Hope I can return this NSX to the owner on Thursday ...
