That boiler ...

When I finally recovered from the illness and started working on the NSX, the boiler decided to start making squeaking noise….

I thought I had the classic ABS pump running inside the house…..







It's the bearing failure on the fan but looks like the one at the bottom side is causing the noise…

Why they had to design the fan this way….

I don't have the spare bearings so can't do much but looks like one must disassemble the entire fan completely just to get to the bottom bearing…..
Hgh rpm with electrical motor and positioned close to the heat exchanger so high temperature environment.
One could easily understand that it needs replacing in the future while designing it....

Just temporary fix for now before getting the new parts....
Another extra task when I'm behind the schedule...
