  1. Health Check & Prep. 01

Started to work on another NSX from today.

The service menu is to carry out the Engine Refresh Stage 1,
Health Check to replace its annual service, refresh Cooling system,
    CCU, etc.

As I have never worked on this NSX,
decided to start with the Health Check service.

This NSX is probably one of the lowest mileage that
I ever saw for this year model.
Apparently, it was kept in the

Normally, I prefer not to drive the car after washing it before
the owner visits my place for collection.

At the same time, I don’t want to drive someone’s NSX in the traffic so

test driving session this morning in order to check the ABS before
the owner visits me in the afternoon.

once a year and combine it with other services such as Eng Oil/filter change,
    fuel/air filter change, etc.

This will result in saving the money

Although I managed to push back all pistons at the front calipers,
    the movement was not consistent.

And as expected, there is no way I can re-use them……

None of the caliper slider pins were seized so it looked like someone serviced them in
    the past but not quite.

    All four pistons must be
