  1. Main Relay

    Another owner sent in his old Main Relay for re-soldering.

    He bought new one from me several years ago and just wanted to
    have backup for emergency usage.
    The mechanical relays inside the old one were from WK23-26 of 1991 so
    they were the old spec with mechanical spring.
    The later spec has metal plate spring instead.

    Started the re-building process.




    Strengthened the corroded tracks with soldering bridge and
    used several hard wires to re-create the dissolved patch.

    When this NSX arrived at my place, I struggled to start the engine
    when the engine/cabin were still hot so replaced the main relay with
    a new one.

    Lots of parts including the replacement oil cooler related items
    just arrived.

    Also, there were parts for the owners who placed the order the other day.






    Lots of Main Relay..... The Non-DBW type and the DBW one.

  5. Eng Refresh 26

    Not much to report while putting everything back in place.




    Very important to follow the specific sequence when tightening the
    four eng/trans mounts after the TB service regardless of the
    standard service or my Eng Refresh.

    If you followed the correct sequence, the rear mount would be the
    last one to be tightened.
