While removing the Eng oil cooler, noticed that one of the two coolant hoses was already deformed and fattening.

Sooner or later, it would have busted so glad that we decided to replace all of the coolant hoses this time.

As seen on other NSX, upper two bolts on the oil cooler didn’t have enough sealant.

Looks like it was not reapplied during the last TB service.

Looks like this crank pulley was never replaced.

The metal weight was still not dislocated but the actual pulley body was very rusty and lots of debris were peeling off.

The old and new spark plugs. Obviously, no corrosion at the insulator on the new one.

Although the replacement schedule for this spark plug is 60K miles, most of the time, you will need to replace them earlier due to the corrosion like this.

You will need to replace them even earlier if you haven’t replaced ...

Started to remove the parts around the engine in preparation for the compression check.

Again, as I don’t know what kind of torque and treatment were carried out on the spark plugs, decided to remove them while the engine is cold.

After spending hours trying to re-create the battery drain issue, I still couldn’t make it to happen.

Even before and after servicing the right side door key cyl, the current consumption stayed at 0.04 – 0.06A and this was the same locking the car from right and left side door key cyl.

It didn’t make any difference locking the car using unlock/lock switch on both doors or using the lock knob at the top of each door cards. ...
